This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Rebonds.inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Rebonds,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) collect, use, and share your personal information in connection with our online platform, Rebonds (the “Platform”), which is available through our website located at ReBonds.com, and any other websites or online platforms we operate that link to this Privacy Policy (each, a “Site,” treated as part of the “Platform” for purposes of this Privacy Policy), our social media profiles, our email communications, and our related services and offerings (for purposes of this Privacy Policy, together with the Platform, the “Services”), and the choices that you have with respect to your personal information.

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify this Privacy Policy. If we make revisions that change the way we collect, use, or share personal information, we will post those changes in this Privacy Policy. You should review this Privacy Policy periodically so that you keep up to date on our most current policies and practices. We will note the effective date of the latest version of our Privacy Policy at the top of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Platform following posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal Information You Provide to Us. The personal information that you may provide to us through the Services or otherwise includes:

  • Contact information, such as your first and last name and company email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Professional details, such as your title and the organization you work for.
  • Your content, such as the data, information, and other content that you provide or generate through your use of the Services.
  • Account information, such as your login information, settings, and other details about your use of the Services.
  • Subscription information, such as records of your organization’s subscriptions and payment amounts and payment methods used to complete transactions. All payment processing services connected with your use of the Services are provided to you by third-party payment processors. Rebonds does not access or keep information related to credit cards, banking information, or other sensitive financial information.
  • Marketing preferences, such as your preferences for receiving marketing and promotional communications, and details about how you engage with our communications.
  • Survey responses in response to our surveys, questionnaires, or other offerings.
  • Communications, such as communications that we exchange, including when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise. We and our service providers may also record or monitor any call or webchat you have with us for quality control or training purposes, or to enforce our rights.
  • Other information that we may collect which is not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

Personal Information Collected Automatically. We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log or collect information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your activity over time on our Services and other sites and online services, such as:

  • Device data, such as your computer or mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, unique identifiers, the website you visited before browsing to our website, and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
  • Online activity data, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, and duration of access.

Like many online services, the Services use cookies and similar technologies to facilitate automatic data collection, which may include:

  • Cookies, which are text files that websites store on a visitor’s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser for the purpose of helping you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, enabling functionality, helping us understand user activity and patterns, and facilitating online advertising.
  • Flash cookies, or locally-stored objects, which are used on websites for purposes similar to cookies but allow storage of a larger amount of data.
  • Web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, which are typically used to demonstrate that a webpage or email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked, typically to compile statistics about usage of websites and the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Local storage, which is used to save data on a visitor’s device. We may use data from local storage to, for example, turn on web navigation, store multimedia preferences, customize what we show you based on your past interactions with our Services, and remember your preferences.
  • Session replay technologies, which are third-party software used to record a video replay of visitors’ interactions with the Platform. The video replay may include a visitor’s clicks, mouse movements, scrolls, typing, and other activity taken during the session. We may use these replays for research and development purposes, such as to help us troubleshoot problems with the Platform, understand how users interact with and use the Platform, and identify areas for improvement.

Personal Information from Third Parties. We may obtain personal information about you from third parties, such as the organization you work for, our service providers, public sources (such as social media profiles), advertising partners, and our other business partners. We may merge or combine such personal information with the personal information we collect from you directly or automatically.

Referrals. You may have the opportunity to refer colleagues or other contacts to us and share their contact information with us. Please do not refer someone to us or share their contact information with us unless you have their permission to do so.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may use your personal information for various purposes, including the uses below and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection:

To Provide the Services. We use personal information to provide the Platform and our services, including to:

  • operate and the deliver the Platform;
  • provide you with the content, features, products, and services that you request;
  • process your transactions, including subscriptions;
  • set up, maintain, and monitor your account on the Platform;
  • verify your identity for authentication and security purposes and enable security features of the Platform, such as by sending you QR codes or remembering devices from which you have previously logged in;
  • communicate with you about the Platform (including by sending announcements, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages);
  • understand your interests, personalize your experience on the Platform, and deliver information about products and services relevant to your interests; respond to your inquiries and requests for customer support, including to investigate and address your concerns and monitor and improve our responses; and
  • fulfill any other purpose for which you provide personal information.

Research and Development. We use personal information to understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our users to make our Platform and other offerings better, diagnose technical issues, and develop new features and functionality. As part of these activities, we may create aggregated, de-identified, or other anonymous data from personal information we collect. We make personal information into anonymous data by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We may use this anonymous data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the Services and promote our business.

Aggregating and/or Anonymizing Personal Information. We may aggregate and/or anonymize personal information so that it will no longer be considered personal information. We do so to generate other data for our use, which we may use and disclose for any purpose.

Direct Marketing.We may send you Rebonds-related or other direct marketing communications as permitted by law, including updates, information, and promotional material from us and our business partners. You may opt-out of our marketing communications as described in the “Your Choices” section below.

Interest-Based Advertising.We may work with third-party advertising companies and social media companies to help us advertise our business and find new users of our Platform. These companies may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about you (including the device data and online activity data described above) over time across our Platform and other sites and services or your interaction with our emails, and use that information to serve ads that they think will interest you. You can learn more about your choices for limiting interest-based advertising in the “Your Choices” section below.

Compliance and Safety. We may use your personal information for compliance, fraud prevention, and protection of safety, property, and rights, such as to:

  • perform compliance activities related to the Platform;
  • maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our Platform, products and services, business, databases, and other technology assets;
  • protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims);
  • audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements and internal policies;
  • enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Platform; and
  • prevent, identify, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.

With Your Consent.In some cases we may specifically ask you for your consent to collect, use, or share your personal information, such as when required by law.

SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may share your personal information with the entities and individuals listed below, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or at the point of collection.

Service Providers. We share personal information with third parties and individuals who perform functions on our behalf and help us run our business. For example, service providers help us perform website hosting, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, marketing, and other services.

Your Employer or Organization. Your personal information may be shared with your employer or organization if you are an authorized user under your organization’s account.

Other Users. When a match is made through the Platform, we may need to share contact or other information provided between parties to help facilitate the transaction. We do not control how other users or third parties use any personal information that you make available through use of the Platform. 

Related Companies. We may share your personal information with future affiliated companies (that is, companies that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with us), including affiliates and subsidiaries.

Tiber Hudson LLC. Rebonds has a business relationship with Tiber Hudson LLC and may share your personal information with Tiber Hudson.

Business and Advertising Partners. We may also share personal information collected about you with third parties who we partner with for advertising campaigns, surveys, or other services or events that we believe you may be interested in. We may also share or permit the collection of your personal information by advertising companies that we work with, such as companies that collect activity on the Platform and other online services to help us advertise our Platform and business and/or that use hashed customer lists that we share with them to deliver ads to you and to similar users on their platforms.

Business Transaction Participants. We may disclose your personal information to third parties in connection with any business transaction (or potential transaction) involving a merger, acquisition, sale of shares or assets, financing, acquisition, consolidation, reorganization, divestiture, or dissolution of all or a portion of our business (including in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

Law Enforcement, Government Authorities, and Others. Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your personal information to law enforcement, government authorities, and other parties if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency). We may also disclose your personal information for the compliance and safety purposes described in the section above titled “Use of Personal Information.”

Professional Advisors. We may disclose your personal information to our professional advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is fully secure. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information from the risks presented by unauthorized access or acquisition, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

YOUR CHOICES

Correct or Access Account Information. You may review and update certain account information by logging into your account on the Platform. If you are unable to change your personal information from your account, please contact us to make the request using the contact information listed at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Opt Out of Marketing Communications. You may opt out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email, or by contacting us using the contact information at the end of this Privacy Policy. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.

Cookies. Most browsers let you remove and/or stop accepting cookies from the websites you visit. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser’s settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all functionality of the Platform and it may not work properly. Analytics. The Platform uses Google Analytics to help us analyze how the Platform is being accessed and used. To opt-out of Google Analytics, you can download and install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available here.

Advertising Choices. You can limit the use of your information for interest-based advertising by blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings, using browser plug-ins/extensions, and/or using your mobile device settings to limit the use of the advertising ID associated with your mobile device. You can also opt out of interest-based ads from companies participating in the following industry opt-out programs by visiting the linked websites: the Network Advertising Initiative (http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info).

Many of the opt-out preferences described here must be set on each device and/or browser for which you want them to apply. Please note that we also may work with companies that offer their own opt-out mechanisms or do not participate in the opt-out mechanisms described above so, even after opting-out, you may still receive some cookies and interest-based ads from other companies. If you opt out of interest-based advertisements, you will still see advertisements online but they may be less relevant to you.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Rebonds is headquartered in the United States of America. If you are from a country outside of the United States of America with laws governing data collection, use, and disclosure that may differ from U.S. law and you provide personal information to us, please note that any personal information that you provide to us will be transferred to the United States of America. By providing your personal information, where applicable law permits, you hereby specifically and expressly consent to such transfer and processing and the collection, use, and disclosure set forth herein or in any applicable terms of service.

OTHER SITES AND SERVICES

Our Services may contain links to websites, mobile applications, or other online services operated by third parties. When you click on a link to any other website, mobile application or online service, you will leave our Services and go to another site, and another entity may collect personal information or anonymous data from you. In addition, our content may be included on other online services that are not associated with us. We have no control over, do not review, and are not responsible for, these third-party online services or for their content or actions. Other online services follow different rules regarding the collection, use and sharing of your personal information. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of other online services that you visit or use. The links to third party online services are for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of, or affiliation with, any third party or its services.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services are not intended for use by minors under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (SHINE THE LIGHT)

Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents who have an established business relationship with Rebonds are entitled to ask us once a year for information regarding the personal information we have shared, if any, with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and would like to submit such a request, please submit your request in writing to the email address at the end of this Privacy Policy with “Shine the Light” in the subject line.

NOTICE TO NEVADA RESIDENTS

Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A allows Nevada residents to opt-out of the “sale” of certain types of personal information. Subject to several exceptions, Nevada law defines “sale” to mean the exchange of certain types of personal information for monetary consideration to another person. If you are a Nevada resident and would like to submit such a request, please submit your request in writing to the email address at the end of this Privacy Policy with “Nevada Opt-Out” in the subject line.
